Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and who we share it with. The short version: we share your details with one land buyer who works in your county, so they can contact you about your land, and that buyer pays us for the referral.

Sell Land Tennessee (“we”, “us”) runs this website. The company that operates it is named in the contact box at the end of this page.

What we collect

When you fill out the form, we collect what you type in:

Along with each form submission, we automatically record:

If you call the phone number on this site, our call-tracking provider records the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and may record the call itself. We’ll tell you at the start of the call if it’s being recorded.

We don’t ask for your Social Security number, bank details or any payment information, and you shouldn’t send them to us.

Why we collect it

Who we share it with

One land buyer. We send your form details, or forward your call, to a land buyer or land investment company that buys land in your county. They use it to contact you about buying your land. Buyers pay us a fee for these referrals. We send each submission to one buyer at a time, not to a list. If the first buyer can’t help, we may pass your details to a different buyer who works in your area; we won’t send them to more than one buyer at once.

Buyers are independent businesses, not part of us. Once a buyer has your details, their use of them is also covered by their own privacy practices. If you don’t want to hear from a buyer anymore, tell them directly, and tell us too (see “Your choices” below).

Service providers who run the site for us, only to provide their service:

When the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect against fraud.

If the business is sold, the buyer of the business would receive this information and remain bound by this policy.

We don’t share your details with anyone else, and we don’t share them for unrelated marketing.

Text messages and calls

By checking the consent box you agree that land investors working with this site may contact you by phone, text message or email about selling your land. Agreeing isn’t a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop all contact using the details at the end of this page.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and consent records for as long as we need them to run the site, deal with disputes, and show that you agreed to be contacted. Laws on calls and texts allow claims years after the fact, so consent records are kept for several years. If you ask us to delete your information, we’ll delete what we can and keep only the minimum record needed to show your consent and your request.

Your choices

Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your general location (city level), and your device and browser type. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We don’t use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. The spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs when you load the form.

This site is for adults selling land they own or have the right to sell. It isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we share information you’ve already given us, we’ll ask for your agreement first.
