Terms of Use
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site does
This site connects people who own land in Tennessee with independent land buyers. When you submit the form or call, we pass your details to a land buyer who works in your county, and that buyer pays us a referral fee.
What we don’t do:
- We don’t buy land, make offers, or sign purchase contracts.
- We aren’t a real estate broker or agent, and we don’t represent you or the buyer in any sale.
- We don’t give legal, tax, financial or real estate advice.
Buyers are independent
The land buyers we refer you to are separate businesses. We don’t employ them or control what they offer, how they negotiate, the contracts they use, or how they close. Any agreement to sell your land is between you and the buyer alone.
We try to work only with buyers who respond promptly and close through a title company or attorney, but we can’t guarantee any buyer’s conduct, offer, or ability to close. Read every contract carefully before you sign it, and consider having a Tennessee real estate attorney review it.
No guaranteed offer, price or timeline
Submitting the form doesn’t guarantee you’ll be contacted, receive an offer, or receive any particular price. Whether a buyer makes an offer, and for how much, is up to the buyer. Nothing on this site promises how fast a sale will close. You’re never obligated to accept an offer.
Information on this site
The articles and explanations on this site, including descriptions of Tennessee taxes, probate and property rules, are general information, current as of the date shown on each page. Laws change, and every property is different. Don’t rely on this site instead of advice from an attorney, accountant or other professional about your situation.
What you agree to when you use the form
- The information you submit is accurate, to the best of your knowledge.
- You own the land, or you have the right to sell it or to ask about selling it (for example, as an heir, executor or co-owner).
- You’re at least 18 years old.
- You agree to be contacted as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy.
Please don’t submit someone else’s information without their permission, or use the site to send spam or anything unlawful.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from information on it, or from any dealings between you and a land buyer, including the price you receive or the outcome of a sale. Where the law doesn’t allow this limitation, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including government sites and public discussions, for reference. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
